Mobility Management endeavors to improve transit services for individuals, human service providers, employers, public transit agencies, transportation providers, and other stakeholders.

SODA has employed,  employed a Mobility Manager, Todd O’Neal to serve as the Mobility Navigator in the four-county region of Atoka, Bryan, Coal and Johnston counties. For more information about Mobility Management, contact Todd at 580-920-1388 or toneal@soda-ok.org.
