Mobility Management

A recent economic impact study revealed that current public transit service in Oklahoma meets only about 50% of the overall mobility needs of Oklahomans. SCORTPO is implementing a new program,  Mobility Management, that is designed to address the unmet mobility needs of the vulnerable individuals and communities through the coordination of transportation services in an equitable manner for all Oklahomans. Mobility Management endeavors to improve transit services for individuals, human service providers, employers, public transit agencies, transportation providers, and other stakeholders.

SODA has employed,  employed a Mobility Manager, Todd O’Neal to serve as the Mobility Navigator in the four-county region of Atoka, Bryan, Coal and Johnston counties. For more information about Mobility Management, contact Todd at 580-920-1388 or
